Royal Mail Aims to deliver 1st Class mail the next working day including Saturdays, however we cannot guarantee and do not accept any responsibility for delayed deliveries outside of our control.

Orders placed after 10.30am on Saturdays will be dispatched the following Monday, or when it's a Bank Holiday the following Tuesday.

Payments

We accept payments Securely Online with Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, Google Checkout, and by phone.

The goods will not be dispatched until the customer's funds that have been paid to CardsCompany.co.uk have cleared in full.

Orders

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in pounds sterling.

Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error, and as such reserve the right to decline orders where appropriate.

Goods Out of Stock

In the unlikely event that CardsCompany.co.uk for whatever reason are unable to supply your purchase(s) then you will be notified by email or telephone as soon as reasonably possible (24 hours maximum) and a full refund of cost of item (s) including postage costs actually paid will be made to you within 24 hours.

Non Delivery & Damaged Items

Every item is individually checked by a human before being packed and dispatched.

All claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt and in the case of non-delivery within 10 days of notification of being charged. To assist in maintaining our customer goodwill we request that any queries concerning items that are damaged or missing should be brought to our attention as soon as is practicable.

Returns Policy & Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no quibble guarantee.

We will gladly and promptly refund the total cost and postage for any item that you return to us for any reason whatsoever, provided it is returned in the same condition that is was received.

You can return unwanted goods within 14 calendar days of delivery and we will refund you the price paid for the goods plus the original delivery cost you paid.

You are responsible for return postage cost.

If you return a product to us that is not received in a brand new condition we reserve the right to return the product to you, or charge you a re-stocking fee of up to 50% of the item.

You are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
