Want us to send a card directly to someone for you?
We can handwrite your personal message inside any card and send it directly to the recipient at no extra charge.
How to Send a Card Direct
1. Select Send to Recipient with Handwritten Message.
2. On the product page, enter the recipient's full name where requested and type your personal message in the message box.
3. At checkout, untick My delivery details are the same as my billing details above.
4. Enter the recipient's name and address in the Shipping Details section.
Cards sent directly to the recipient are supplied in their own envelope and do not include an invoice, receipt or other order documentation.
If you wish to send several cards with handwritten messages to different addresses, please place each card as a separate order.
Delivery
We currently deliver to UK postcode addresses only.
Orders are normally dispatched the same day when placed by 4pm Monday-Friday, or by 10.30am on Saturday.
Orders placed after 10.30am on Saturday will normally be dispatched on Monday, or Tuesday following a Bank Holiday.
No orders are dispatched on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Same Day Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders received by 4pm Monday-Friday on the same day.
Saturday orders received by 10.30am are also normally dispatched the same day.
Delivery times are estimates and delays caused by Royal Mail, couriers, weather, industrial action or other circumstances outside our control can occasionally occur.
Sending a Card on a Future Date
If you would like us to hold your order and send it on a particular future date, please enter the requested dispatch date in the Order Notes box at checkout.

Keeping You Informed
We will email you when your order has been received and again when it has been dispatched.
If you do not see our email, please check your spam or junk folder.
If there is a problem or question about your order, we may need to contact you by telephone or text.
If you would prefer us not to call or text, please tell us in the Order Notes box at checkout.
Secure Payments
Your payment information is processed securely using Stripe and PayPal.
We do not store your full credit or debit card details and do not have access to your full card information.
Card and PayPal transactions will appear on your bank statement as Present Company.
