Mark Braithwaite

Born and raised in York, Mark began his artistic career as a pavement artist on the steps of York Minster. Returning to his home town after University, Mark opened The Braithwaite Gallery in the centre of the city. He has been a cover artist for Artist & Illustrator magazine and has twice been a regimental artist for the British Army. His work now hangs in private, public and corporate collections around the world.
